As you can tell from the name, My Faster PC promises the Holy Grail of computing - to clean your computer of junk and unnecessary baggage, making it faster in the process.
The My Faster PC interface is a little unattractive, but shouldn't be difficult to find your way around. When you open the app, it will automatically scan your computer for problem areas such as start up programs and the registry and present you with a list of things that you can improve on.
The options under System Info are a little misleading - they're just links to built-in Microsoft tools, and are not actually part of My Faster PC. That said, you will be able to use the individual areas that make up the scan function - Registry Cleaner, PC Optimizer, etc. - as stand-alone tools.
The My Faster PC settings options aren't extensive, but they do allow you to pick and choose what you want to include in scans and schedule the tool to run at particular times. In all, My Faster PC comes across as pretty average - it's not particularly user-friendly and after using it in tests, we didn't notice much of a performance difference.
My Faster PC is a pretty average example of a PC optimizer, but trying it probably can't hurt.
